• Capture the structure, open and covered areas, total size of the plot

• Kuccha/ pukka structures

• Other common land areas and places of public use

• Details Survey of the owner, tenant and occupant

• Household and family- demographic / Socio economic Data collection.

Hard copies of drawings are available in the sizes of A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4. The drawings are to be scanned and converted into AutoCAD (DWG format) and should be in the same scale without change in order or any dimension.

• Scanning, Indexing. Storing, Archiving & Retrieval of Different types (like. Assessment, Building Planning, Building completion Certificate, License, Account. Etc.) of organization records in digital form in secure manner

• All scans whether colour or black and white will be scanned to a 300 DPI output.

• The size of documents may vary (A2/A3/A4/Legal/Letter)
